I wore another Jcrew pencil skirt to work today... I might have a slight obsession. I love the colors and print of this skirt, but am not too happy with the fact that it is silk... it wrinkles very easily (especially since I sit at a desk all day)! I have been pairing the skirt with navy on top, but would love to find a sweater in the brighter blue color to pair with it.

I also wore my new Jcrew navy cardigan. I'm not sure what the name of the cardigan is because it is not online, but it's a great piece to add to my wardrobe. It's more than just a plain cardigan because of the detailing, but I still feel like the ruffles are subtle!

Skirt: Jcrew Silk Indigo Floral Skirt
Sweater: Jcrew

  1. I love the outfit! I bought the sweater, too, and according to the receipt it's the caroline cardigan. I bought the bright coral, though. My b&m didn't have navy. I noticed a tee in the background of the 2nd pick. Did you try it on? Was it tts? My b&m didn't have it, which was disappointing since I really wanted to try it on. I even had plans to purchase it if it fit well. TIA

  2. thanks math teacher! Yeah, my SA actually recommended the tee in the background of the 2nd pic and I ended up trying it on. I didn't take any pictures of it on me, but it fit similar to all of the other jcrew tees. I tried on an xs, which is my normal t-shirt size, but i could go up to a small if I wanted the fit to be a little more loose. I didn't end up getting it just because i got a bunch of other things, but it was really cute and I might end up going back for it! :)

  3. Thanks. I have such a hard time with their tees. I bought one Saturday and got a small, but sometimes I have to size up to a large (due to stretching across the chest plus tight across the back). I guess I'll have to order one or two to see how they fit. Thanks again!
